Getting started with Odoo Email Marketing:
Firstly you will install the module Email Marketing from the app list. While you go to the Email Marketing Application, this is the user interface you are faced with. When we create the mailing list we can add recipients to that mailing list.
If you don’t want particular recipients to obtain your newsletters, you can exclude them from mailing by checking the Opt-Out option. When we enabled this the particular contact will not receive any mail sending to this mailing list.
Other options include creating blacklists to which you can add addresses you wish to exclude from mass mailing whatsoever.
Go to Email marketing > Configuration > Blacklist.
