Multi teams feature
The multiple teams feature is amazing since it allows a single user to be a part of multiple teams. The CRM settings allow the configuration for this feature. It is an efficient addition that allows rule-based lead assignment.
To send Email and SMS
You will be able to directly send Emails and SMS to bulk of users from the pipeline of the CRM module.
Supplier Currency
In the Customer Form, Supplier Currency is now added in the Sales and Purchase tab. Along the help of this option now the currency considered will be used rather of the default currency for purchases from the current partner.
Forecast Report
Now you can create the sales forecast by dragging and dropping events between months. The deadline will automatically be updated to the last day of that month.
Rule Based Assignment
After click on the Rule Based Assignment checkbox, you can periodically assign leads based on rules
