Whenever you want to know the full detail of any opportunity in Pipeline by clicking on its Kanban view. At that time you can view all the stages of the pipeline via the opportunity that should pass. There are various stages in the pipeline like new, qualified, preposition, won & lost.
My Pipeline: In the pipeline various filters available here: My filters, Unassigned, Open Opportunities, Unread Messages, Creation Date, Closed Date, Won, Lost, Archived, Add Custom filters. likewise, the leads can be assembled corresponding to their Salesperson, Sales team, Stage, City, Country, Lost Reason, Company, Campaign, Medium, Source, Creation Date, Expected Closing, Closed Date, Add Custom Group. By using the Favorites, you can select save current search, Import records, Link menu in spreadsheet.
The Pipeline can be viewed in Kanban, List, Calendar, Pivot, Graph, Cohort, Dashboard, Map, and in Activity. From the Kanban view of your pipeline, now you can add new stages via clicking on Add new column. At the same time a column is created, Odoo will then automatically introduce you to add other column in order to entire your process. In case that you want to readjust the order of your stages, you can simply do so by dragging and dropping the column you want to move to the desired location. In the Pivot, Graph, Cohort and Dashboard view you can add certain measures and view the details of the leads.
My Activities: In Odoo CRM, it is possible to schedule activities positioned on your sales scripts. Activities can be calls to the customers, meetings, mailing, and quotations etc.
After clicking on My Activities tab you can able to see your activities scheduled on each assigned lead.
To click a new activities you can fill the following details like Opportunity, Expected Revenue, Probability, Customer, Expected Closing, Email, Priority, Phone, Tags, Salesperson, Company, Sales Team.
My Quotations
After clicking on My Quotation tab, the salesperson can see the list of quotations sent by him or her. In Quotation field, various details are includes like Number, Creation Date, Customer, Salesperson, Next Activity, Company, Total, Status.
To create the quotation, you can fill the following details : Customer, Invoice Address, Delivery Address, Quotation Template, Expiration, Pricelist, Payment Terms, Order lines, Optional Product, Other Info.
Teams:
After click on the Teams option, you can view the various options like Open Opportunities, Overdue Opportunities, Quotations, Orders to Invoice.
Customers:
In the sales tab, you can create the Customer. Go to CRM Module => Sales tab => and click on Customers button.
After clicking on the Customer button, you can view the customers list.
Now you can fill the following details like Individual, Company, Contact, Job Position, Phone, Mobile, Email, Website, Title, Tags, Tax Id, Contact & Addresses, Sales and Purchase, Accounting, Internal Notes, Partner Assignment.
